800x | Woven Cleanroom Roll Wipers 110g/105g/110g Twill/Plain/Random Weave
PICOWIPE 800x series microfiber woven cleanroom roll wipers have almost no elasticity. They offer excellent tensile strength, dimensional stability, and superior abrasion resistance. Primarily used for cleaning on automated production lines; poor absorbency makes them unsuitable for cleaning liquids or oils.

Applications
The PICOWIPE 800x series of woven cleanroom roll wipers is often used on automated production lines to remove stubborn contaminants like adhesive residue, such as in the COG process within the LCD industry.
Plain Weave is primarily for abrasion resistance. Twill Weave is suitable for general wiping tasks that require a balance of softness and cleaning power. Random Weave is ideal for rough or irregularly textured surfaces and offers the highest softness among the three.
