9202 | Stiff High-Density Microfiber Cleanroom Wipe 210g
PICOWIPE 9202 is a high-density microfiber cleanroom wipe with an extremely tight knit. Thick with almost no elasticity, it is relatively stiff, with ultra-low particle shedding, superior absorbency, and high abrasion resistance. Rinsed multiple times with ultrapure water for high cleanliness.

Applications
The PICOWIPE 9202 high-density microfiber cleanroom wipe provides a strong physical wiping force to scrape and peel away stubborn residues that are difficult to remove with conventional soft wipes, all without damaging precision surfaces. It is often used as a roll wiper in automated machinery for tasks such as in-line cleaning after wafer CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing), or for automated in-situ cleaning of process chambers in high-end etching and deposition equipment.
