0509 | Nonwoven Cleanroom Wipes Sheets 60g (Colorized 0609)
PICOWIPE 0509 nonwoven cleanroom wipes are produced in Class 1,000 to 10,000 cleanrooms. Made from a spunlace blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester, they offer performance similar to our 0609 series. The colored design makes it easy to spot any detached fibers and clearly contrasts against specific colored contaminants for effective cleaning. They exhibit excellent absorbency, maintaining high strength and tear resistance even when wet. They are also exceptionally durable and abrasion-resistant. With a soft and delicate texture, these wipes are exceptionally clean, generating very low lint and particles. They are also compatible with a wide range of solvents.

Applications
Ideal for applications requiring high process security. When wiping industrial equipment, electronic components, or medical devices, the blue material makes any potential fragments highly visible if the wipe is compromised. In SMT processes, it is perfect for cleaning solder paste residue from stencils. The color also aids in area or process-specific identification (color-coding) and is effective for managing liquid spills.
