0609 | Nonwoven Cleanroom Wipes Sheets 52g/56g/60g/68g/80g
PICOWIPE 0609 series nonwoven cleanroom wipes are produced in a Class 1,000 or Class 10,000 cleanroom, typically made from a 55% cellulose + 45% polyester blend using a spunlace process. The cellulose content gives them much better absorbency than woven/knitted cleanroom wipes. Highly absorbent, high wet strength, tear-resistant, and durable. Soft texture, high cleanliness, low-linting, and compatible with a wide range of solvents.

Applications
The PICOWIPE 0609 series of nonwoven cleanroom wipes is designed for cleaning tasks that require high absorbency and wet strength. It quickly absorbs water, oils, and solvents while remaining strong, durable, and low-linting even when wet.
As a common general-purpose consumable, it is widely used for wiping industrial equipment, electronic components, and medical devices. It is an especially ideal choice in the SMT process for cleaning solder paste residue from stencils and can also be used to efficiently manage various liquid spills.
