3D Small Grid or Sesame Pattern | Nonwoven Wipes Sheets 50g Light-Duty Oil Wipes
PICOWIPE 3D Small Grid or 3D Sesame Pattern nonwoven wipes are produced in a cleanroom. Made of 100% polypropylene, they are oleophilic (oil-attracting) and hydrophobic (water-repelling), ideal for absorbing oil with fast wicking and good retention. Not suitable for absorbing liquids. Compared to the PICOWIPE 3330 heavy-duty oil wipe, this series is thinner with a more aesthetic pattern, but has lower oil absorption capacity. It is suitable for applications requiring moderate oil removal, such as cleaning printer heads. Resistant to a wide range of solvents, inelastic, highly durable, and extremely low-linting. The dense apertures help to trap fine particles.

The PICOWIPE 3D Small Grid or 3D Sesame Pattern nonwoven wipe is a light-duty oil-absorbent sheet designed for precision wiping, focusing on the removal of light oil films and micro-particles. Unlike heavy-duty oil wipes, its absorption is more moderate. This characteristic is ideal for precision maintenance tasks that only require partial oil removal from a surface, such as cleaning printer heads, optical lenses, and sensors.
