3009 | Sub-Microfiber Cleanroom Wipe 95g for UV Print Heads
PICOWIPE 3009 sub-microfiber cleanroom wipes are extremely lightweight and low-linting, with a basis weight of only 95g. Softer than standard polyester cleanroom wipes, reducing the risk of scratches and lint residue during wiping. Primarily used in Class 1,000 to Class 10,000 cleanrooms. Can be rinsed with ultrapure water upon request, but this may cause the edges to fray.

Applications
The 95g sub-microfiber cleanroom wipe is widely used in the printing industry for wiping UV print heads and Ricoh print heads. It has good ink absorbency, is delicate and soft, and cleans without damaging the print head or leaving lint. It can also be used for cleaning the surfaces of smaller electronic components and for general optical lens cleaning in the electronics and optics industries.
